Italeri 1/72 Scale Model Aeroplanes: IT1143 BR-20 Cicogna. The B.R.20 flew for the first time in February 1936. Just 1 year later it saw action in the Spanish Civil War under the insignia of the Regia Aeronautica, & in Manchuria, on the side of Japanese forces who had bought a number of these aircraft. When Italy entered WWII, the 162 available B.R.20s (standard and improved B.R.20M versions) were used first against France, then against Great Britain, Greece, Malta, Crete & even on the Russian front.
