The multiple rocket launcher BM-13 (Boyevaya Machina) was developed by Russian engineers in the spring of 1941 at the request of the Red Army. It was usually mounted on the ZIS 151 truck. The psychological effect it produced on German military morale was devastating. It was used at Stalingrad, Leningrad & later in the final battle to take Berlin.
