This kit should only be considered by experienced model builders... For beginners the instructions are a mess and shouldn't be taken seriously, perhaps this is the reason that the kit is supplied with a, pretty good, reference colour booklet... However... With ALOT of improvisation, scratch building, manual panel detailing and patience you will end up with a very nice Hercules C-130J.
I "power-built" this kit in 5 weeks in order to submit it to this years "Ulster Aviation Society" Model Competition (12/12/06)... 35 days constant building, and very little sleep, paid off because I won for the second year in a row...
