Netmerchants has launching a new range of postal option aimed at improving service even further and tracking for UK customers. This will include the new Royal Mail Tracked service for business which will allow our customers to track their deliveries up to 5 places whilst the order is in transit. We are already offering this tracked service at no extra cost on orders over 50GBP already & weights over 1.3Kg.

Netmerchants offers the fastest service on the internet with same day dispatch on all orders placed before 4-20pm to go out Royal Mail & all Courier dispatches placed before 2-30pm Same Working day.

Ordering quick ensures you have the stock reserved for you. We are a realtime stock with 24hr constant supervision of the site. As soon as your order has been paid, that stock is yours & can be picked and packed within minutes.

Order Monday-Friday for same day dispatch & Order ASAP at the weekend for reservation of stock for dispatch on Monday. All orders placed over the weekend are picked and packed, even on Sundays.

Customers are welcome to visit us & purchase over the counter. We have internet access & catalogues in the foyer. We operate an Argos Style collection system, either choose your models online (at home or instore) and someone will pick your order while you wait.

Netmerchants warehouse is a working enviroment with large deliveries arriving daily. We are not a traditional model shop by any means. Our staff are able to advise & offer help, however we are not sales persons & do not try to hard sell anything. Pop along and see how we operate. We welcome both trade & non-trade customer requiries.

Store Visits are welcome however customers must bring a list of their requirements or arrive for collection of items.

Saturday : 9-00am - 1-00pm
However there will be staff onsite out of opening hours, generally for all internet orders.
